Returns & Replacements

We accept returns products within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused and re-sellable condition and in the original packaging. NO RETURNS ON: Discounted / Final Sale Items, Open Pet Treats and Holistic Supplements. All refunds will be paid in the manner payment was received.Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 

 

Ordering

All orders will be processed within 24 hours, unless specified. Shipping within the contiguous US should be delivered within 2-8 days, depending on the carrier and the distance. Customers will be provided with tracking information.
